GOVERNING AGREEMENT • REVISED Q1 2026

Terms of Service

These terms outline the engineering standards, source code licensing, commission workflows, and support guarantees for all development services provided by Youba Dev.

1. Scope of Development & Commissions

Youba Dev provides bespoke FiveM systems engineering, including custom Lua resources, React/TypeScript NUI interfaces, SQL schema optimizations, and turnkey server configurations for frameworks including Qbox, QBCore, and custom standalones.

Every commission commences upon agreement of a concrete technical specification, including asset scope, framework dependencies, expected tick timing targets, and mutually agreed delivery milestones.

2. Source Code Ownership & Licensing

Unless specified as an Escrow asset through Cfx.re Keymaster, clients receive 100% open, unencrypted, and un-obfuscated source code upon completion and final payment settlement.

Grant of License: Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to deploy, modify, and run the delivered scripts on their own server infrastructure. Reselling, sub-licensing, leaking, or redistributing unencrypted source code to third-party server operators without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments, Milestones & Retainers

Commissions require an agreed upfront deposit or milestone-based escrow prior to development kick-off. Final production builds are released once all milestone deliverables are validated and balance is settled.

Monthly retainers are billed on a recurring 30-day billing cycle and cover ongoing feature updates, framework maintenance, zero-lag auditing, and prioritized emergency support.

4. Post-Launch Warranty & Support

All custom deliverables include a guaranteed warranty window (7 days for custom scripts, 30 days for turnkey servers) covering any bugs, logic flaws, or performance regressions identified within the original project scope.

Warranty does not cover conflicts introduced by unauthorized modifications, incompatible third-party resources installed subsequently, or breaking core game engine updates published by Cfx.re.

5. Third-Party Platform Disclaimers

Youba Dev operates as an independent engineering agency. FiveM, Grand Theft Auto, Rockstar Games, and Take-Two Interactive are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

All development adheres to Cfx.re Terms of Service and Platform Service Agreements. Clients are responsible for ensuring their community monetization policies comply with Rockstar Games and Cfx.re commercial guidelines.
